By Checking the box on the apprehended form I hereby agree that:

I- I understand that this is only a nine (9) event, three (3) month trial contract.

II- I will role-play consistently for three (3) months.

III- If I do not role-play consistently I understand that this contract can and will be terminated.

IV- I understand that the XHCWF staff will be watching and observing me very closely.

V- I understand that I do not yet have a permanent job with the XHCWF.

VI- I understand that it is solely up to the XHCWF to hire me permanently after the trial period.

VII- I understand that if I break any of the bylaws that XHCWF has in place while under this contract, my contract may be terminated.

VIII- I understand that no title shots will be given to me while I’m under this contract.

IX- I understand that if I ask for a title shot, my request will automatically be denied.

X- I understand that I may have to undergo an interview to obtain a permanent job with the XHCWF.

XI- I understand that if I need to go inactive while under this contract my contract may be terminated.

XII- I understand that even though I am in a trial period I will be ranked and paid just like the rest of the employees and I will have access to everything just as the others.

XIII- I understand that I cannot purchase a promo or photo shoot while under this contract.

XIV- I understand that I will be booked on nine (9) FNIs. The ninth one will be my three (3)-month mark.

XVI- I understand that if my performance is exceptionally above par, I may be offered a permenant postion before the end of my three (3) month trial perid, at which point this contract will become null and void.

XVI- I understand that if I am not hired by the XHCWF after the three (3)-month period and I am in a current storyline, the XHCWF will take control of my character and end the storyline anyway they wish.
